Most people think their health to be only centred on their physical health but this is not the case. Our health is a combination of both our mental as well as our physical health and a person can be considered healthy only if he is both mentally as well as physically healthy. It is easy to treat a physical health issue. All you have to do is go to a doctor and get the required medical help. He will be prescribing some medicines to cure you. In case of severe illness, you will have to undergo an operation and after some time, you will be cured of your disease. Problems related to our mental health are a completely different issue.
